I really haven't written here in a long time
it's hard to believe that 2007 is all over, it feels really wierd. Its like letting go of a lot of things with it. I don't like saying goodbye to things but now that its a new year i feel like i have to. I have to start fresh and only keep the things in my life that are important to me. I have amazing people in my life and I'm actually doing really good in school and i want to keep it that way. Last year was really dramatic and stressful, but it was good too. I'll never forget anything that happened and i don't want to. Some of its good to remember to keep me in a reality check because i would never want to go back and some of its just good memories. I'm not gonna say my life is perfect now because its in no way perfect, but im trying to be happy with myself. I decided Im not gonna try to make everyone else happy because I need to try to be happy. I love school, its so much fun and I have a lot of good friends there. I made a good decision and im happy with it, but I will never forget who's always been there for me. I'm so lucky now and I would never change the way things are now for anything. Sometimes a sucky situation makes you see who people really are and it ends up being really good. I'm happy where I am and even though life sucks sometimes, theres always good that comes out of it.

soo College is college. I'm not gonna lie and say its amazing because its not. But im trying to make the best of it. im having a lot of fun and everyone is so nice and im meeting people and making friends. and im actually doing good in my classes. its just not home. its gonna take some getting used to, and i know it will get easier but for now im just trying really hard. but it is getting better :-]. friday my aunt and sammy are coming to visit because i havent seen them in like forever. saturday night is the boat cruise which im SO excited for :-]. and my mom and steph are coming on sunday.
I miss and love everyone tonsssssss <3
but i know the genuine people in my life aren't going anywhere so i dont really have anything to worry about.
thats pretty much it off to study...even more lol

Sooooo I'm a college student!
lol its so wierd to say that
i love it but at the same time i keep getting homesick
i miss my family and my best friends (who pretty much are my family ♥)
but its good
im meeting a ton of people
and everyone on my floor is super nice
we all get along really well and most of them are nursing majors
and we decided that at christmas were gonna put a christmas tree in me & rosie's room because our room is huge and put like ornaments and stuff on it and were gonna do secret santa :-]
im so excited
and my ra is like amazing i love her
shes like yeah guys do what you want but dont be stupid
looove it

so yeah its goooood
and i started my classes today too
they seem pretty good
i have notes & homework already but i think i can do it :-]
im having fun but i talked to my mom on the phone today and i cried lol
i think its because im like overtired
because i walked around boston all day yesterday
and there are ridiculous hills all over campus
and im not really sleeping all that much
so i layed down for awhile and i feel better now
but i cant wait till columbus day weekend!

Um 5 days??
I don't understand how this summer flew by like that. It feels like we were just ready to go into our senior year in High School. Excited to move on, to start over and re-define ourselves. At least thats how i felt. But sitting here right now, with 5 days left I'm really not sure how i feel about it. Part of me is ready to get out of here and move on and just see whats out there for me. But the other part just wants to stay here. Where everythings the same. I have my group of friends who i love and who love me, no matter what, even if things didn't end up like we all hoped. Here i have my safe little job, my family who drives me insane, and everything that i've known for the past 5 years of my life. Its just hard for me to let things go. To say goodbye and leave the past in the past. I'm going on to bigger things. More opprtunities than a music department and promotions at shaw's. Its exciting but scary. I feel like I'm ready to grow up and i should grow up. But i still have a fear of growing up, moving on, and saying goodbye. I think one of the hardest people for me to say goodbye to is my Mom. Yeah she drives me crazy and shes a tad neurotic at times. But I love her. She's my support system and she's always been there for me. I feel bad leaving her because me & my sister are all she has and it hurts to see her all alone. But theres not really anything I can do to change that. I need to do something for my mom..I need ideas.

So i pack almost every free second I have. I have 2 days left of work, and pretty soon I'll be leaving.

wow. honestly i never actually thought that things would end like this. 4 years of a friendship just gone because of something stupid. I could sit here all day and say how wrong this is, but I won't. I'm not gonna do that anymore. I tried and put myself out there and made an effort. But the same courtesy wasn't done for me. It feels really sucky knowing that. I tried more than i should have to try and make this work. The ball's not in my court anymore. I could say that if i honestly did something wrong, I would be the first to apologize, but i didn't do anything wrong. I could sit here and write how upset and hurt it makes me. But I won't. People ask me about it and I don't even know how to explain it. It sucks feeling like theres nothing i can do, but it sucks even more knowing that no matter what i do won't matter because its obvious that I'm the only one who would care anyways. I lost my best friend. I don't know how and i don't know why. But I did. I can get over it though. I'll move on. I have best friends now that i know i can trust and thats all that matters to me. It just sucks. This is the last time I'm writing an entry about this. Because from this point on, I'm giving up. I'm not gonna try anymore and I'm not gonna worry about it. I'm moving on and putting this whole thing behind me because theres no point in trying anymore. I'm not gonna say that it doesn't upset me, because it does, a lot. But I guess people change and theres nothing you can do about it. So if you're reading this (which I'm sure you are) Have a nice life. I really mean it. Because I'm moving on and putting all of this in the past, because i don't need to keep holding on to something that obviously isn't ever gonna be fixed.

i haven't updated in awhile... i got my laptoppppp :-] and my new roomate because, yeah. I haven't talked to her yet though. I feel like all i do lately is work. and it sucks. but its almost over...
this summer went by ridiculously fast, like too fast. but i think im ready to go. im ready to get out of here and see whats outside of this town. i feel so suffocated. theres nothing new, nothing to do. im ready to start over and meet new people and just go. dont get me wrong though, i will be sad to leave. theres still that part of me thats afraid of change and scared for things to not be familiar, but i think im ready to handle it. i thought that this would be like years away, thats what it feels like. it doesn't feel like im leaving at all. i feel like i should have gotten a schedule in the mail. it doesnt feel like i should be doing all this preparation. it doesnt feel like its actually happening. it will hit me though. i'll be sitting in my dorm room and things wont be the same. its an unfamiliar feeling. i like dont know what to expect, but i guess thats half the fun. so im ready, to get out of here. because i really need it. i need to do my own thing for awhile and i need space.

k so i went to my overnight at elms...lets just say it was an experience. I got there and went to a girls lacrosee practice because my hostess was on the team. And im looking around at all the people...and they're dressed like really butchy and like long shorts and stuff like that. I was like whateverrr they're in practice and probably don't care what they look like anyways. So then after that i go into this room and its a quad and the 3 girls in it were friends with my hostess. And im looking around their room and theres pictures of like abercrombie models and like coors light ads..with hald-naked girl models on it. Now im looking around and im like ok...thats kinda wierd, but whatever they can do what they want. and i was like whatever. So then we get back to the room and we're talking and theres 3 other girls in the room that go to the college, me and the other girl who was an overnight. and they're talking about like gossip..and like she made out with her, and she's going out with her and all this stuff. So finally i was like...are there a lot of lesbians here? long story short the girl told me it was "about half and half". so i hear this and like freaked out and like i don't even know. so my mom picked me up the next day...i cried the whole way home because i thought going on this overnight was going to finalize where i was gonna go...but it just made it worse. So after this i get home and go to work, and when my mom comes home from work...we discuss things, so im sending in my deposit to curry.

so that was my fun college experience...oh yes, you're jealous.

i really haven't updated in like forever lol. So today i went on an interview to Elms aaand i didn't hate it lol. When we pulled up to the parking lot it seemed really small and like wierd and i didn't like it at all. But then we went in to the admissions office and this really wierd lady took me upstairs and thought that i hadn't even applied there yet, but i already go accepted..i didn't like her. So we took the tour with these two girls and they were really nice. They were freshmen and like right from the start they were talking about how much they loved the college & stuff. I saw a couple classrooms and i saw all the science stuff and like A&P labs and nursing classes and stuff. The college itself is really old-fashioned but i guess everythings up to date, i dunno that was kinda the only thing i didn't really like. But we walked into the main building and it was sooo pretty, it kinda looked like Notre Dame church, but not so like flashy, it was really nice. Then we saw a freshman dorm and i really liked that too, it was a lot nice than most of the other freshman dorms i've seen so far. Theres only 4 floors...unlike fitchburg that has like 19. At first i didn't like at all how small it was, but then it started to grow on me and like think that might be what im looking for...i hate it when my moms right lol.

After the tour & everything i signed up to do an overnight there, so hopefully i'll be able to decide by sometime in March. I still have to see Curry though, but its pretty much down to 2 colleges, which is a lot less stressful. They have this club too its like an Irish Polish club and every year they travel to Ireland for a whole week. That would be amazing :-] lol.

anyways i still have a really big decision to make, and i don't know if having options makes it easier or harder, because theres always the chance i make the wrong choice...and i really hope i don't.
